Ignite Dance Center was founded in 2019 by Leslie Kuny & Rosie Punzo. Former co-workers, Leslie and Rosie found themselves admitting that they desired to build their own studio, but knew they couldn’t do it on their own. Both teachers have common values and goals, but also share a passion for creating a studio experience similar to the ones they grew up in – a studio where dancers are challenged in a safe and encouraging environment, where every student is valued, and every dancer is supported to discover their full potential.

Every student is valued at IGNITE. Whether a student dances one hour a week or ten, everyone in our Ignite dance family has a special place here at our studio.  We aim to instill a love of learning in all our dancers to carry with them for a lifetime.  We know we’re helping build future adults who vote, go to the theatre, and give back to their communities, so it’s important to us that we encourage thoughtful, respectful, dedicated kids through dance.

Ignite Dance Center is a safe, inclusive space for all people.
