Summer Intensives
Intensives are in-depth summer camps where students’ technical abilites are challenged. Each day students will be dancing in at least 5 different styles with potentially 5 different teachers. These week long camps require dedication and hard work where students can grow exponentially and increase their skills leading into the next season.
The Sparkler Intensive is a week long dance camp where students will be immersed in ballet, jazz, acro, musical theatre and lyrical. Students will work with multiple Ignite faculty while they build confidence, grow in their technique, and create lasting memories with new friends. This camp is open to any students wishing to attend; a minimum of one year of dance experience (preferably jazz) is required.
*students who have accepted their spot or intend to register for the Sparkler or Sparkler+ Company program are required to attend the Sparkler Intensive.

Ages 5-9
$250 + GST
The Flare Intensive is a week long dance camp where students will be immersed in ballet, jazz, acro, tap, musical theatre, contemporary, and lyrical. Students will work with multiple Ignite faculty to build and stregnthen their overall technique, work with new concepts and styles, while growing as a team. Students are encouraged to have a minimum of 3 years of dance training (jazz or ballet) prior to registering for this intensive.
*students who have accepted their spot or intend to register for the Flare Company program are required to attend the Flare Intensive.

Ages 11+

The Firecracker Intensive is a week long dance camp where students will be challenged in multiple styles of dance with a focus on technical skill improvement and trying new styles. Students will have the opportunity to learn from mulitple instructors where they will be pushed to move in new and exciting ways. Students looking to take their techique to the next level are encouraged to attend the Firecracker intensive. This camp is open to any students wishing to attend; a minimum of two years of dance experience (preferably jazz) is required.
*students who have accepted their spot or intend to register for the Firecracker Company program are required to attend the Firecracker Intensive.

The Inferno Intensive is a week long educational workshop where students will be immersed in multiple styles of dance. Students will work with Ignite faculty and special guest educators and be pushed in challenging new ways and styles. Students will learn about Dance for Film, opportunities in the professional dance world, performance nutrition, as well as daily technique classes. This camp is recommended for students who have a minimum of 5 years competitive experience or Director’s approval.
*students who have accepted their spot or intend to register for the Inferno Company program are required to attend the Inferno Intensive.
